Pet Policy: To ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of all our guests, absolutely no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time — including service animal fraudulently claimed where not legally applicable. This policy applies to, but is not limited to: Dogs Cats Turtles Gerbils Hamsters Snakes Alligators Ferrets Birds Exotic animals Emotional support animals (ESAs are not classified as service animals under federal law and are not exempt from this policy) Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 per animal and may also lead to immediate removal from the property without refund. Additional cleaning, damage, or pest control fees may also be assessed depending on the condition in which the property is left. We have implemented this policy to protect future guests who may have severe allergies or health sensitivities and to preserve the condition of the home. We kindly ask that you respect this rule as part of our community standards. Accessibility: The cabin is a single-level home with no stairs, providing easy access throughout the property. Outdoor Cameras: For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed. They monitor outdoor areas only and do not invade the privacy of the back porch or hot tub area. Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment. Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages. Please adhere to safety guidelines posted on-site. Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do Not feed any wild animals. Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Maximum occupancy = 4 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home.

This was the perfect & romantic getaway we needed after having our first baby 9 months ago. It gave us a chance to relax and reconnect. The cabin is beautiful and just how it’s described. We did get out and explore, but we spent a ton of time at the cabin as we had everything we needed there and enjoyed the quiet! Ted was very responsive to any questions we had and we appreciated his hospitality. He knows what he’s doing! Thanks for the beautiful stay- we will be back!

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary (19 years) and we could not have been happier with our stay. The pictures listed on the website do not fully illustrate how beautiful this home is! As soon as we walked in we were blown away by all of the thoughtful and personal touches throughout the home. Our favorite part was the backyard. It is AMAZING and we even considered sleeping outside on the swing bed! You also cannot beat the location as it is private yet so close to the best restaurants and things to do. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. Wonderful experience all the way around!

I grew up in Norman, Oklahoma and remember coming to Broken Bow as a kid. What I don’t remember is cabins ever looking this good. If someone told me that there’s a better cabin out there, I wouldn’t believe them. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway with your significant other then look no further than Breakfast at Tiffany’s. This was a very quick trip from where I live in the DFW area. The backyard was my favorite part of the cabin. We did not want to leave, but will be back in the near future sure. Do yourself a favor and book Breakfast at Tiffany’s today. A big thanks to Ted for being a very responsive and great host.

Ted was an amazing host and answered all my questions very quick! If you order anything like petals it comes EXACTLY as you asked down to the little petals. It's beautiful at night and I loved the swinging bed and HOT TUB!!!

Ted has thought of just about everything you might need or want during your stay. The home is clean and comfortable. The property is private and peaceful. The hot tub is also clean. It was the perfect location to rest and relax from the business of everyday life.

-from the wife: This place was absolutely, the right place, for a birthday weekend getaway! Everything about this cabin was peaceful and just made me not want to leave. I’m pretty sure I know what kind of kitchen I’ll want later on— dream kicthen. My absolute favorite part was the shower— so spacious yet just the right size without feeling overwhelming. I highly recommend Breakfast at Tiffany’s, especially for couples. It’s the perfect size, perfect comfort, and perfect area. I loved how close it was to the little shops and how beautiful the scenic route was. Will definitely be back in the future!😁 -from the husband: Super chill, met every need for my wife and for myself. Fav part was the hot tub for sure, and how spacious the cabin was. Definitely a great space to connect with your partner. Will be back again.👌🏽

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is clean, cozy and well appointed, however we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space. Ted was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

Ted's place was amazing. The attention to deal is second to none. It's nice a quiet and offers all the amenities you could need. My wife and I definitely look forward to coming back to the beautiful Breakfast at Tiffanys Cabin.

Find us

SUVs or higher clearance vehicles are recommended. Lower clearance vehicles will need to drive slowly as Camp Ranch and Kaisley Blue Eye Way can be rough especially after a hard rain or on rare occasions when it snows. In and around the subdivision are many trails and paths. Some are owned by Weyerhaeuser company which is a forest timber resource for the lumber industry. The public is allowed to explore the subdivision and these forest lands on foot or ATV. You are invited to bring your ATV, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, 4-wheelers, and side-by-sides. Guest exploring with ATV's in the area is commonplace. ATV's are not allowed in Beaver's Bend State Park. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you print out the directions above and bring them in your vehicle before leaving home. Phone reception is spotty in Hochatown/ Broken Bow often and you will lose signal. Your map app WILL NOT work. Also, most Map GPS apps do not know the road systems in the mountains.... Do NOT use: Apple Maps, Waze, Mapsco, MapQuest, etc. If you must use a GPS, use Google Maps. NO other Map GPS will work in and around Hochatown, especially if you lose signal.
