Pet Policy: To ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of all our guests, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time. Emotional support animals (ESAs are not classified as service animals under federal law and are not exempt from this policy.) Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 per animal and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund. Additional cleaning, damage, or pest control fees may also be assessed depending on the condition of the property after the guest has departed. We have implemented this policy to protect future guests who may have severe allergies or health sensitivities and to preserve the condition of the home. We kindly ask that you respect this rule as part of our community standards. Accessibility: The cabin is a Triple-level home with stairs. No elevator. Outdoor Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. Each camera is directed at entry points (such as the back door) to monitor for unauthorized access and to help safeguard your belongings. No cameras are directed toward or monitor the hot tub or other private relaxation areas. Please do not tamper with the position of the cameras. Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment. Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages. Overfilling the hot tub can result in the cover absorbing too much water causing it to deteriorate and become too heavy to move. Water levels are extremely important to maintain the hot tub and it's accessories. Please be aware of the water level at all times so everyone may enjoy the hot tub. Please adhere to hot tub safety guidelines posted on-site. Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do not feed any wild animals. Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and the guest of neighboring cabins. Maximum occupancy = 8 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home. Deer Sightseeing: You might get a chance to see deer in the early mornings or at dusk around the property, such a peaceful sight to start the day!

Please review these rules with these additional guidelines... *Maintain the water level above the highest jets to prevent the pump from burning out. This type of damage can be very costly to the guest. *Make sure occupants are clean before usage. It is a spa, not a bathtub. Excessive dirt clogs up the filter again, resulting in potential guest charges for misuse. * Children using the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times. NO swimming or diving!

Guests may enjoy seamless access to The Hochatown Tower with a convenient self-check-in system. The door keypad is programmed with the last four digits of your phone number, ensuring both ease and security. This code is erased automatically after your departure to maintain privacy and security for all guests. You'll have complete access to the entire cabin, including: The cozy living room with entertainment amenities. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area for preparing meals. All three comfy bedrooms, bathrooms, and third level game room with sleeper sofa. Outdoor spaces, including the private patio, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Guests may access the entire property with the exception of the locked owner's closets (level two living room/ level one hallway). The cabin unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. It has three levels and numerous stairs, and no elevator. Caution: The cabin has a septic system and an underground propane gas tank. Propane gas tank is located on the left (east) side of the cabin, and the septic system is located on the left front side of the cabin. For your safety, please avoid this area, as damage or tampering could be dangerous, resulting in injury to one or more guests.
