Accessibility: The cabin is a double-level home with stairs. Outdoor Cameras: For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed. They monitor outdoor areas only and do not invade the privacy of the back porch or hot tub area. Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment. Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages. Please adhere to safety guidelines posted on-site. Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do Not feed any wild animals. Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

All guests staying at the cabin must be listed. You must be > 21 yrs old to book this cabin. Maximum guests = 10 There will be a $200 fine per person exceeding the limit. There is a 50 lb limit for each dog. $300 fine per dog if weight or maximum is exceeded. Limit 2 dogs. $100 pet fee requested separately. NO CATS. There will be a $500 fee assessed if a cat is brought into the home.

The door keypad is programmed with the last four digits of your phone number, ensuring both ease and security. This code is erased automatically after your departure to maintain privacy and security for all guests. You'll have complete access to the entire cabin, including: The cozy living room with entertainment amenities. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area for preparing meals. The romantic master bedroom and spacious bathroom. Outdoor spaces, including the private patio, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Guests may access the entire property with the exception of the locked owner's closets. Caution: The cabin has a septic system and an underground propane gas tank. Both are located on the right side of the cabin. We highly recommend not going near these utilities as they can be dangerous if damaged or tampered with.

It was a pleasure working and communicating with Ted during our stay. Although we didn’t get to have a fire, the firewood bundle was a great deal. One of our guests enjoyed their hammock by the creek for hours. The hot tub was nice, clean, and hot. The home itself was beautiful, and the location was just a short drive from Broken Bow and Hochatown. Thank you again for a fantastic stay! Sincerely, Sean M.

This place is fabulous. It’s so secluded and gorgeous. There were so many things to do at the house and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The showers were so cool and big. We had a big storm the first night and the power went out, but the host was very responsive and helpful telling us where to find flash lights and even offered to drive to us in the storm to bring us more batteries. I loved the decoration and games offered. 10/10 recommended!!
