Pet Policy: To ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of all our guests, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time. Emotional support animals (ESAs are not classified as service animals under federal law and are not exempt from this policy) Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $300 per animal and may also lead to immediate removal from the property without refund. Additional cleaning, damage, or pest control fees may also be assessed depending on the condition of the property after the guest has departed. We have implemented this policy to protect future guests who may have severe allergies or health sensitivities and to preserve the condition of the home. We kindly ask that you respect this rule as part of our community standards. Accessibility: The cabin is a single-level home with no stairs on the interior, providing easy access throughout the space. It is a single-level home except for the first 6 or 7 steps onto the porch. Outdoor Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. Each camera is directed at entry points (such as the back door) to monitor for unauthorized access and to help safeguard your belongings. No cameras are directed toward or monitor the hot tub or other private relaxation areas. Please do not tamper with the position of the cameras. Robes are provided for guests to enter and exit the back door modestly. Hot Tub Usage: The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment. Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages. Please adhere to safety guidelines posted on-site. Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do Not feed any wild animals. Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Maximum occupancy = 4 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home. No Events allowed without prior written permission from management. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM Photography and filming is allowed. Subdivision: Lost Creek North located on Camp Ranch Road in Hochatown, OK. The neighborhood consists of 1-3 acre lots that must contain short term rental cabins. The neighborhood is within 1 miles of HWY 259 and 2 miles to the entrance to Beaver's Bend State Park.

This code is erased automatically after your departure to maintain privacy and security for all guests. You'll have complete access to the entire cabin, including: The cozy living room with entertainment amenities. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area for preparing meals. The romantic master bedroom and spacious bathroom. Outdoor spaces, including the private patio, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Guests may access the entire property with the exception of the locked owner's closets. Caution: The cabin has a septic system and an underground propane gas tank. Both are located on the right side of the cabin. We highly recommend not going near these utilities as they can be dangerous if damaged or tampered with.

We came here on our honeymoon! It was the perfect location with a great location but still felt secluded! Ted and his son Austin were very responsive and personable! Overall one of the best experiences we have had in the area!

Find us

SUVs or higher clearance vehicles are recommended. Lower clearance vehicles will need to drive slowly as Camp Ranch and Kaisley Blue Eye Way can be rough especially after a hard rain or on rare occasions when it snows. In and around the subdivision are many trails and paths. Some are owned by Weyerhaeuser company which is a forest timber resource for the lumber industry. The public is allowed to explore the subdivision and these forest lands on foot or ATV. You are invited to bring your ATV, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, 4-wheelers, and side-by-sides. Guest exploring with ATV's in the area is commonplace. ATV's are not allowed in Beaver's Bend State Park. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you print out the directions above and bring them in your vehicle before leaving home. Phone reception is spotty in Hochatown/ Broken Bow often and you will lose signal. Your map app WILL NOT work. Also, most Map GPS apps do not know the road systems in the mountains.... Do NOT use: Apple Maps, Waze, Mapsco, MapQuest, etc. If you must use a GPS, use Google Maps. NO other Map GPS will work in and around Hochatown, especially if you lose signal.
